Our wellness classes, which participants have dubbed “Oprah's Super Soul Sunday through movement”, not only helps to balance and restore the individual, but also the group dynamic. We offer everything from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to energy medicine, dance therapy to aromatherapy, affirmative visualizations to deep breathing exercises to create a holistic experience for each participant and the entire group. Each class is interactive and includes stimulating exercises to help balance the physical, mental and emotional states. Classes and workshops are held on an open basis for the public to participate in, as well as internally for groups and organizations.

Simplified Definitions

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - NLP is a system of tools and techniques to help re-program how one thinks, acts and speaks. The system uses practical skills and insights that anyone can use to improve how they communicate with others, manage their mood and live a more rewarding life.

Energy Medicine - Sometimes referred to as "alternative medicine", employs the body's own natural energy sources to heal itself. It addresses physical illness, emotional traumas and mental disorders. It also promotes high-level wellness and peak performance.

Dance Therapy - Applies movement to support intellectual, emotional, and motor functions of the body. As a form of expressive therapy, it looks at the correlation between movement and emotion.

Aromatherapy - The practice of using natural oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being.

Affirmative Visualizations - Utilizes mental imagery to become stronger, happier, and more effective in life.

Deep Breathing - In using an individual's natural way of breathing, while including various breathing techniques, it helps create calm and centering in mind, body and soul.
